  • Reduce your visits to the supermarket and grocery stores by planning ahead for your grocery and household needs.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Check the integrity of the packaging, storage procedures, and expiry date of each product.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Buy frozen foods that need to be refrigerated at the end of your shopping trip to avoid thawing.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Place frozen and raw foods such as eggs, meat, and fish in separate bags from the rest of the food products you purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Try using a credit card instead of cash to avoid touching currency.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth before washing your hands.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
