Documents Required for DED Licence

You can obtain a DED License by submitting a set of required documents, which are:

• The original initial approval certificate.
• original trade name certificate.
•  Emirates ID off all partners.

• Local service agent agreement.
• Tenancy contract attested by RERA Dubai and approved by Dubai municipality.
• A copy of passport and visa for all persons.
