The following steps explain how to claim ILOE insurance through the official insurance portal:

• Visit ILOE portal “from here“.

• Choose “Submit your claim“.
• Sign in with OTP information:
  • Emirates ID.
  • Mobile number.
• Click “Request OTP“.
• Enter validation code.
• Click “Claim“.
• Choose “Claim submission“.
• Press “Proceed to your Claim Process“.
• Confirm cancellation reason and date are correct.
• Type your remarks.

• Enter payment details:
• • Payment method.
  • Bank name.
  • IBAN number.
  • Account number.
  • Account holder name.
• Click “submit claim“.

ILOE insurance coverage in UAE

The following points explain insurance coverage in UAE as determined by the Involuntary Loss of Employment Scheme:

• Compensation is calculated on a monthly basis at a rate of (60%) of the basic wage according to the last 6 months preceding the unemployment.
• The maximum coverage for the first category for a single claim is 10000 AED  per month and a maximum of 3 months.
• The maximum coverage for the second category for a single claim is 20000 AED per month and a maximum of 3 months.
• The duration of compensation will not exceed 12 months during the entire period of service of the beneficiary worker in the labour market in the country.
